What happens when my Premium expires?
Premium content simply locks again. Nothing is deleted — your quiz history, bookmarks, and saved jobs stay on your account, and renewing unlocks everything instantly.
How does JazzCash / Easypaisa verification work?
After you send the payment, submit the transaction ID (TID) here. Our team matches it against the account statement and activates Premium — usually within 24 hours. You will get a notification when it is done.
Can I get a refund?
If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will look into it.
Can I use the trial first and pay later?
